We specialise in the niche sector of Forensic Structural Engineering, identifying construction and design defects and determining their cause. In turn, we prepare Expert Reports for litigation plus Opinion Reports.

We are repeatedly engaged by multiple Construction Law firms in Sydney to offer our expertise in complex structural engineering defect matters. Our Forensic Structural Engineering professional services are second to none. 

Per the new Design & Building Practitioners Act no 7 2020, we are registered Design Practitioners and Professional Engineers with the NSW Department of Fair Trading. We provide professional advice and regulated designs under this Act to allow registered building practitioners to perform remedial works per our design methodology to Class 2 buildings (Apartment buildings) for water ingress, concrete cancer, subsidence, damage.

We are registered Strata Bond Building Inspectors with the NSW Department of Fair Trading and we undertake Inspections of New Apartment Buildings to identify defects and report directly to the NSW Department of Fair Trading.

As we are also licensed builders, we can identify building defects in addition to major structural defects on residential, commercial, industrial and multi-storey residential buildings.

Our report compilation along with our writing skills are of the highest standard to allow complex structural engineering issues regarding major defects to be understood by non-engineers.
